Hope. Healing. Growth. Wellness.

“Had to have high, high hopes for a living
Shooting for the stars when I couldn't make a killing
Didn't have a dime but I always had a vision
Always had high, high hopes

"High Hopes" by Panic! At The Disco

High Hopes Therapy Services was created to offer a supportive space where both clients and clinicians can prioritize hope and wellness. Our mission is to provide welcoming, inclusive therapeutic services while fostering the values of hope, healing, growth, and well-being. At High Hopes, these ideals are at the heart of everything we do, creating a foundation for lasting positive change.

Our Services

  • Private one-on-one sessions with a therapist to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Individual therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals

  • Play Therapy is a therapeutic approach designed to help children express and process their emotions through play. Play therapy can be effective in addressing many issues and children are provided a safe and non-judgmental environment. Play Therapy also often includes work with the parents/guardians and family as well.

  • Supervision and internship opportunities provide a supportive environment for emerging therapists to develop their skills and gain practical experience. During supervision, licensed professionals guide and mentor interns, offering constructive feedback, insights, and ethical guidance to enhance their clinical practice. Interns have the chance to work with clients under supervision, honing their therapeutic techniques, understanding ethical standards, and building confidence in their ability to provide effective care.

  • Neurodivergent-focused therapy is a specialized approach tailored to individuals with neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent conditions. This therapy acknowledges and celebrates each person’s unique cognitive and emotional experiences, providing strategies and support to navigate challenges while enhancing strengths.

  • Inclusive therapy is an approach that ensures all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or experiences, feel seen, heard, and respected. The goal is to create a safe and affirming space where clients can openly explore their emotions and challenges, knowing that their unique experiences will be honored.
